📦 ORDERING


1. How do I place an order on Fabric Tales?

Simply browse our collections, select your desired fabric, choose the quantity (mentioned as per product), and click “Add to Cart.” Once done, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email and SMS.

2. Can I order in meters of fabric instead of cuts?

No. Currently, we have defined the fabric cuts required to stitch the final apparel based on category. Example - we have provided an option of 1.3 mtrs cut and 1.4 mtrs cut for stitching a trouser. Hence, we do not take orders directly from website which are outside of the pre-defined cuts. However, if you wish to place a custom cut order, please reach out to us on admin@fabrictales.in and let us know your requirement.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request a modification or cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order by emailing us at admin@fabrictales.in or calling our helpline. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.

 

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY


4. Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, we deliver across most pin codes in India through trusted courier partners. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on the product page or during checkout.

5. What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email/WhatsApp with a tracking link. You can also log into your account and check the order status under “My Orders.”

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select pin codes with an additional charge

8. Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Our payment gateway partners use secure encryption to ensure your payment details remain protected.

 

🔁 CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS


9. Can I return or exchange the fabric?

Yes! You can return your product within 7 days of delivery date. We also accept returns in case of wrong, defective, or damaged products. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Also, please ensure all tags are in place.

10. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds for approved return cases are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or store credit.

11. Can I return cut or used fabric?

No. Returns are not accepted for fabric that has been cut, washed, stitched, or altered in any form.

12. Are the product colors exactly as shown?

We try to represent colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. We encourage checking product details for clarity.

13. Do you offer stitched garments or only fabric?

Fabric Tales currently specializes in unstitched branded fabric only.

15. Do I need an account to shop on Fabric Tales?

No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, manage addresses, and receive exclusive updates.
